stuck on this loading screen

GPU: Nvidia RTX 5090

OS: Windows 11

First experienced this issue on launch day and it has been persistent since. 2 days ago the game suddenly worked for most of the day but later that night it went back to getting stuck on this loading screen and i have not been able to get it to work again since then. I have tried every fix I have found online (clearing nvidia shaders, reinstalling battleye and marathon, all drivers are up to date and i have allowed marathon through windows antivirus and firewall and i am running the game as administrator). Nothing has been done in particular to recreate this issue i just try to open the game and i get stuck on this screen for 30+ mins until it eventually freezes and I am forced to use task manager to close it. I have also tried this at multiple different times of day it, it makes no difference.
