twitch drops... again...
Hello. I’m writing to this forum for the third time, I still haven’t received my twitch drops rewards that were received during the stress test. More than a week has already passed since the release of the game, you write that you are conducting an investigation, copy-paste the same answer to all the people who write to the forum with a similar problem. Yes, I checked that my account was linked 12 hours before the start of the campaign, yes, my accounts are connected to bungie, steam and twitch, yes, I tried to reconnect these accounts several times and double-check my rewards on the bungie website, and I manually collected the rewards from the drops section on twitch. It really bothers me that I don’t receive rewards for which I fulfilled the conditions, this does not allow me to enjoy the game that I was waiting for. As it was written in these rewards, they can be activated until March 31; the longer you wait to distribute rewards, the higher the chance of getting closer to the deadline. I need at least a time frame for accruing my rewards to my profile or some news in principle about solving this problem, thank you!

It seems like bungie is putting the blame back onto the customer with this one. They keep auto-replying with suggestions to relink your account. I really hope bungie can make things right, because a simple twitch drop campaign should not be this difficult. I will not be supporting, nor telling my friends to support a game with this "blame the customer" attitude. I literaly only care about the bingus emblem. Please fix the drops that your customers that supported your brand new IP rightfully earned.
