Bungie still wont give us our twitch drops and sub weapon sticker for linking our accounts before stream

Guys marathon help here has not done much for us still with twitch drops, there are us still who have linked our accounts 12 hours before the event started and they still can not help us as I just sent a message here if they could manually send them to us and i got a copy and paste message for the wrong question. This is rediculous, they are not listening to us they are copying and pasting to us things that are not relevant to our questions, who wants to support a game company like this? They bait us to try and hold us as to hold their player base but when it comes to helping people with twitch drops who have done all that has been done they think we dont know and put up a generic message, even for us who spent money to sub for a reward. This company is cold and dont care,they only want your money , when I asked if they could manually transfer us our twitch drops with proof all i got was "we cant transfer your twitch drops from one bungie account to another". They dont care about us. They only want our money. Put your money towards a game that has a team that cares about their player base and not cold hearted with automated replies even when you spent money.
