Extraction Failed - Bug

- Description of Issue - Went to extract at the last extract, and it failed to extract us, and even showed the extract animation twice.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/12/2026 - Around 12:30am
- Repro steps - I entered extract at 0:05 seconds and friend entered at 0:07 seconds and it didn't extract us.

Had the exact same issue. Was at the exfil well within the last 10 seconds and still died for some reason.
