Depleted Cardio Kick readding removed Heat after use.
I dont have video proof of it, but i had several ocasion where i used a "Depleted Cardio Kick" (which only removes a portion of my heat), and after the animation is over and you instantly start running again, it generates a significant amount of heat at once, likely readding all of the removed heat at once.
Use "Depleted Cardio Kick" -> Removes Heat and give 30 sec of Efffect -> Instantly start running after animation finnishes -> Heat-Meter adds the removed amount again. But effect stays
