Super loud sounds when crouch walking on small ledges

Crouch walking over small ledges in terrain causes extremely loud thumping noises as if the runner was falling from 10+ meters and hitting the ground. This seems out of place for crouch walking over a small ledge (for example a tiny half inch riser in the ground causes the runner to rapid fire smack the ground and makes a ton of noise).
