Bug of purchase in MIDA fraction: Dynamic compound in exchange for trap pack: nothing in return

Description of Issue: When I used the item "Dynamic Compound" in exchange for a Trap Pack, I did not receive any rewards, even though I was supposed to get 3 containers. I repeated the exchange 3 times and did not receive a total of 9 Trap Containers. I have video proof of this https://youtu.be/UI_OrRfJj1M
Rough Date and Time of Issue: March 11, approximately 5–7 AM
Repro Steps:

Enter match preparation.
-
Open your inventory.
-
Go to the Arsenal.

Select the MIDA tab.
-
Exchange the Explosive Device for a Trap Container.

Check inventory — the purchased items do not appear.
I really hope i get Dynamic compounds back, i need a conpensation at least, i farmed them so hard
