Rewards Pass Voucher Bug, not working
I have the premium rewards pass voucher in my vault, I’ve had it there since day one and decided to hold onto it assuming that it’s an item that will carry over and I can choose to use it during whichever season I want.
The problem is that it doesn’t work. I wasn’t going to actually redeem it, but I wanted to figure out how it actually worked so I investigated and couldn’t figure it out on my own… because it’s bugged. I asked other users in the discord how it’s supposed to be used, which is mgt going to the purchase screen to *buy* the premium rewards pass and it should prompt you to use the voucher instead. I am not getting this option. I have a voucher in my vault that does not seem to work.

Have you tried the following steps to redeem your Premium Rewards Pass?:
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know.
After step 2, I am greeted with a purchase screen which only gives me the option to purchase the pass with LUX. I have no prompt whatsoever to use any sort of voucher options.
I’m not sure if this is a bug. My account balances have fluctuated ever since release but I have yet to make any currency purchases or to be able to use this voucher I’ve had in my vault since then.
Still waiting for an answer…
