Premium rewards pass missing

I had a premium rewards pass after buying the deluxe edition, I had NOT used this pass yet, I purchased a knife skin for 1 LUX. 

Later i decided to use the premium pass given the new skins being released, when i go to the premium page it is asking me to pay 1000 LUX and suggesting that I no longer have a premium rewards pass.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1. Have you tried the following steps to redeem you Premium Rewards Pass?:
    2. From the main menu, open the Rewards Pass
    3. Find “Unlock Premium” at the bottom
    4. Select the “Unlock Premium” button
    5. Hold the confirm button on the pop‑up to redeem the voucher.  

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know.

    Hi, 

     

    Yes, It is behaving as though I no longer have a premium rewards voucher and the only way to get premium is to pay 1000 LUX. It previously gave me the option to redeem but I had not, then after purchasing the knife skin for 1 LUX, I saw the new skins and tried to redeem but only had the option to buy it with LUX
