I can't useing my Reward voucher

Hello. I purchased the Deluxe Edition on Steam, but I did not receive the 200 SILK. I also tried to use the voucher to unlock the Premium Reward Pass with help from Reddit, but no matter what I try, the only option shown is to purchase it for 1000 LUX.

I log in and check every day, but I still cannot find any way to use the voucher. Please help resolve this issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Have you tried the following steps to redeem you Premium Rewards Pass?:

    • From the main menu, open the Rewards Pass
    • Find “Unlock Premium” at the bottom
    • Select the “Unlock Premium” button
    • Hold the confirm button on the pop‑up to redeem the voucher.  

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know.

    The issue was suddenly resolved with this patch. It seems the Premium Reward Pass has been automatically unlocked.
    Where can I check how many Reward Pass Voucher I have left?
    Also, will there be any ways to obtain additional Reward Pass Voucher in the future?
