Still do not have Premium Reward Pass from Deluxe Edition

Even after the mail went out today about "Deluxe Edition Items Restored", I still have not unlocked the premium track on the rewards pass. I have my skins and things from the Deluxe Edition and the premium reward pass voucher is in my vault I just dont have the Premium Track unlocked and do not have the skins from it in my collection. When I click to unlock the premium track, it shows that I have the knife skin unlocked and I can equip the knife skin but the skin does not show up in game and gives me the default knife instead.
