Menu UI - disappearing mouse cursor
I've been having a recurrent issue where the mouse cursor disappears when attempting to interact with the bottom area of the 2-D character/item management user interface. In particular, when I try to interact with the Mail or Settings UI widgets, the mouse cursor will spontaneously disappear when moving over that particular region of the screen. I see the mouse cursor everywhere else, but it's just down in the bottom area of the screen that the mouse cursor disappears. This makes it particularly difficult to access the in-game settings or to check on my in-game mail messages because I cannot see where my cursor is located.
I am on a PC using Steam. I am not a streamer and do not have OBS or any other related software installed on my system.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your cursor at times. Can you clarify if you are playing using the same resolution as your monitor? If not, what resolution is the game at and what resolution is your monitor capable of? If possible, can you also provide us with a short video showing the issue?
