I still don't have my premium pass :/

I have everything else; the twitch drops, the deluxe pre order skins, I got the 150lux compensation, but I still don't have the premium pass. Nothing in the offers tab, I've restarted steam 400x. I just want my thing lol Any thoughts?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Have you tried the following steps to redeem you Premium Rewards Pass?:

    1. From the main menu, open the Rewards Pass
    2. Find “Unlock Premium” at the bottom
    3. Select the “Unlock Premium” button
    4. Hold the confirm button on the pop‑up to redeem the voucher.  

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to us again.

    Yes, there is no option to redeem an offer on the reward page or in my messages. I've attached screenshots :_)

    Update, I now have the premium pass item in my vault, still no offer in the rewards section though :/
