I am missing the "Complex Study" Profile emblem that I just got in the mail on the Marathon Game. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Just like the title says, I got in game mail at today for the "Complex Study" profile emblem but its not in my inventory in game, any idea if this has to do with a similar issue with twitch drops not being in game for some people as well?
