Can't use Premium Battlepass Voucher

- Description of Issue - Can't use the Premium Battlepass Voucher included in the Deluxe Edition
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Tried to use the voucher at least a dozen times, ranging from launch to now
- Repro steps - From Main Menu I click, Store, Offers, and click Season 1 Premium Rewards Pass
I know I'm not the first to have issues renewing my battlepass voucher, but even after turning to the forums once already, I haven't been able to find a solution. When I try to use my voucher, the game prompts me to buy it with LUX. I earlier had unlocked the knife "Achromatic Rush" by clicking on it in the customize menu and then pressing F to "View Source," which brought me to a buy window for it separate from the battlepass. I assume that when I "purchased" the knife separately from the battlepass bundle, it consumed the voucher. I'm attaching two images showing the battlepass purchase screen with the option to redeem the voucher, where you can see the knife is already unlocked. The second picture shows what happens when I try to redeem the voucher, which is an error for insufficient funds. Anyone with any insight would be appreciated.
