Add a setting to turn off screen space reflections

I know this isn't a bug per se, but I am not sure where else to post this that the devs will see it. I have a really issue with the SSR. It just doesn't look good to me and makes reflection look blotchy and smeary. It is really distracting me during gameplay and I was hoping there would be a setting to turn it off but there is currently no way to adjust reflections in the settings.
