Didn't receive Deluxe silk, have pass in inventory but premium is purchased?

As the title says, don't know what to do.

We had issues with these rewards yesterday and it should now be resolved. The pass in your inventory appears to be a visual issue and can be discarded. Regarding the missing SILK, if you are still missing it, please ensure that you have the Deluxe Edition content installed. If you still are unable to locate it, please submit a request through our Missing LUX or Shop Purchases Contact Form.
