Missing twitch drops
I have only recieved a few of the twitch drops. Still missing backgrounds, weapon skin, and sponsored kit.
I know my accounts are linked properly because some of them have shown up from both server slam and release drops.
Just wondering why only about half of the rewards have been sent?

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand that you’re having trouble getting your Twitch Drops. We can imagine the concern this may have caused. As a first step, we would recommend that you double‑check your account links
To do this, go to Bungie.net → Settings → Account Linking and make sure your Twitch account is linked to the same Bungie profile you play Marathon on.
You will also want to make sure you claimed the drops on Twitch. For this, on Twitch, go to Profile → Drops & Rewards → Inventory and confirm each Marathon reward shows as Claimed. Progress only counts on streams with Drops Enabled, and each tier has to be claimed before the next one starts tracking.
Once claimed on Twitch, rewards are granted to your Bungie.net profile and then delivered in‑game. Bungie has said the Twitch Sponsored Kit can take up to 48 hours to show up in your in‑game Mailbox.
Drops only work inside the campaign window (e.g., Server Slam Feb 26–Mar 2 or Launch Drops Mar 5–9). You can claim them from your Twitch inventory for up to 7 days after the campaign ends, but you must redeem them in‑game before the listed cutoff (e.g., March 31 for the Sponsored Kit).
For more information, please see our Twitch Drops Guide.
I have the same problem.I got the Twitch drops from the Slam server, but they weren't there whenI started the game. I followed the steps to match the accounts and claimed the rewards, but they never appeared in my inventory. However, I do have all the rewards for watching the launch stream.Iniciar sesión para dejar un comentario.
