Deluxe Rewards Missing After Fix
Hello, most of my Deluxe rewards like the weapon skins and silk have come through. However, I am missing the Midnight Decay Runner skins for Recon and Triage. I think it's because I had the MIDA skins equipped for them at the time of the fix. I see a notification for 3 customization items in the top menu, but clicking into the Customize menu fails to show further new options. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Could you please include some footage and/or screenshots showing your Customizations and that the missing deluxe rewards aren't appearing there? Hi, thanks for getting back to me! I recorded a short unlisted stream on YouTube to demonstrate this issue. The link is https://youtube.com/live/PLyqUWsFYCM?feature=share and should be visible to anyone with the link. I enter the game at 2:40, demonstrate the missing Runner skins, show that the weapon skins did drop correctly, and then I tab out to show that I own the Deluxe Edition.
Please note that at the time the fix went live, I was offline and had the MIDA skins equipped for Triage and Recon. Since then, I had unequipped them, which is why they are unequipped in the video. Also, while not demonstrated, I did get the Misriah skin as well, so the weapon rewards are fine. As far as I'm aware, I'm just missing the Midnight Decay skins for those two Runners.

Someone is claiming that certain skins are missing from the Marathon Deluxe Edition, but the items they listed are not included in the Deluxe Edition at all. The Marathon Deluxe Edition contains:

So the skins they’re talking about aren’t missing — they were never included in the Deluxe Edition in the first place.
Thanks for double-checking that. I'm sorry for not checking the page first; I just assumed all Runners would have one and that with the other issues with items not appearing, they just weren't showing up. It's a shame because those two are my most played Runners, too. Thanks again for the help.
