Text Chat Soft-lock

Description of Issue - I will attempt to use the text chat, but the window never pops up and the enter button stops registering entirely as the game acts like the chat window is open. I can move and play normally, but I cannot talk through text for the rest of the match. Then on the exfil/spectator screen, the lower left corner will still say "Esc to close text chat", but Esc does not do anything but open the settings pop out. for some reason I can use Space to continue to the post-game summary, but after that spacebar also stops working and I can't get back to the main menu. So essentially I'm stuck on the first page of the post-game summary, with my only options being to exit to desktop or edit the settings.

Repro steps - I would stop and quickly press enter to open the text chat and start typing. At least I'm pretty sure I hit enter. It happened multiple times in the Server Slam, but with this latest one all I did was type (or attempt to anyways) "Bubble Shield here".
