Pre Order, Deluxe Edition and Twitch Drops Missing

Like the other I have 2 Issue that I encountered.
Issue #1:
Missing Deluxe & Pre-Order Items. I have both DLCs available in my library and "installed" which means that the license is there. They both have check boxes on them. However, it's not showing the rewards in-game.I also, tried Accessing and Restoring my Licences twice already and it didn't do anything as well. I verified the integrity of game files and everything is good.
Issue #2:
Partially Missing Twitch Rewards.
All of the Server-Slam Twitch rewards were delivered an claimed, and account linked to my Bungie account, however, only SMILEYworm Emblem and GLOWworm Weapon Sticker are available. Twitch Engine Weapon Skin for HMG and WEAVEworm Background are not available in the game. These were the old twitch drops from the server slam so they should all be available now right?

We have received reports of players experiencing issues with Deluxe Edition rewards. At this time, we're investigating the cause of this.
Concerning the outstanding Twitch Drops, please be advised that Twitch Drops are expected to arrive within 24 hours of the game's launch. If, after that time, you're still missing some Drops you expected, then please let us know. Your patience and understanding during this investigation is appreciated.
I've heard the deluxe edition stuff being missing is a pc problem but i'm having the same issues with the twitch drops
