Xbox Lux Purchase failing to deliver
i purchased $40 worth of LUX an hour ago, and even though it has been removed from my bank account, and the purchases are visible as completed on microsoft’s end, i have not received my LUX. microsoft support said that it is on the developer to fulfill at this point, and there was nothing they could do to help.
