Server Slam/Deluxe/Pre-order bonuses not appearing
I played about 40 hours of the server slam, and during which I got a pre-ordered copy of the deluxe version of Marathon. I got to level 30 right before the servers went down on March 2nd around 7am. I've been playing the full release of Marathon for an hour and a half and I recognize that isn't a lot of time for the game to be out, obviously there's gonna be some discrepancies. However, I have now cleared the tutorial and have full access to the different factions. I still do not have any of the promised bonuses or rewards from the server slam or the pre-ordered deluxe edition. I also cannot find any such licenses on my steam account which has been linked to my bungie account for several years since I've played many hours of Destiny 2. I would just like to see these items soon. please reply to this asap. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this, and I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to access your content from the Server Slam and Deluxe Edition. Our team is currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, please try closing and relaunching your client and game.
