No deluxe/pre-order/server-slam items
Ordered the game earlier this week, deluxe edition. Got to level 23 in the server slam. No rewards at all. Game even offers to me to "upgrade" to deluxe edition even though it was already purchased.

I got the same problem, prepurchased the deluxe edition, but actually even if DLC results installed on Steam no goodies unlocked into my account nor either goodies coming from Twich. Request support.
Just curious which region is your Steam account located in. I have the same issue.

bought the deluxe edition last week, but on logging in saw no preorder rewards, no server slam items, no deluxe edition items.
