Needs better PC performance

I have a high performance setup (4080 7800x3d) and am experiencing significantly lower frame rates than expected. Even with all graphics settings reduced to the lowest possible configuration, I am still only achieving nearly half the frame rate I typically receive in Destiny, which is very disappointing. I truly enjoy the game and genuinely want nothing more than for it to run smoothly.
