UI binds don't correspond to edited keybindings

As someone who rebinds the movement keys on keyboard, being forced to still use WASD with no option to rebind, or even just use arrow keys for menu navigation is unacceptable, and I can't believe this still happens with big publisher games (Siege being the other one that comes to mind).

Having the menu keys correspond to the keys the movement keys have been switched to would help, or just having a separate section to rebind menu interaction keys.

Also not being able to unbind keys and instead having to fill useless binds with an unused key is ridiculous.
