Not levelling up

I have been playing all day and have done several contracts and exfils and I am stuck on level 27 it says that the progress to next level is 100% and yet I still haven’t levelled up this is really frustrating as I wanted to get level 30 so I could get the rewards from the beta

    We understand that you aren't levelling up. This does sound peculiar to us. If possible, please share the following information for our investigation into the underlying cause of this:

    • Your Bungie Account Name. Please include the four digits which follow the #.
    • The platform you play on.
    • The date and time you first noticed this issue on.
    • If certain in-game steps appear to reproduce this, then please outline them for us.
    • If you have a video of yourself not levelling up when expected, then please upload it and share a link to it here.

    Once we have the above information, we will review.
