Voicemeeter Audio issues

Issue: Audio coming through Voicemeeter (audio program) is continuously stuttering. 

Date and time: As soon as the game was installed and playable

Repro steps: Launch game, open up EarTrumpet and designate which input for audio to be sent to. Close game then relaunch with audio coming through voicemeeter.
