Bad optimization

Bad optimization for me on RTX 5070, 32 GB RAM CL30 6000MHz and Ryzen 5 7500F, my FPS around 80-100 with DLSS, i have drops frames from 90-80 to 60-70 when fighting, change graphics settings not fix that lower to higher i have still 80-100 FPS, DLSS off/on not fix and performance still same, change DirectX on steam launch option not fix,
