keyboard and mouse for consoles
Hi! First of all, I want to say that the game is looking great. Since it is currently in the final stages of release, I have a request for the development team: please consider adding keyboard and mouse support for Xbox and PlayStation.
Crossplay competition against PC players can feel very unfair when console players are limited to controllers. Please don't make the same mistake as the developers of ARK, where thousands of players asked for this feature but were ignored.
Show the community that you are better and that you actually listen to your players! I believe in you and the success of this project.

Mouse and Keyboard is not officially supported for consoles at the moment. Thank you for your understanding.
They have to add mouse and keyboard on the official game ! Otherwise i can't play against PC is so unfair using a controller against mouse and keyboard... I'm very frustrated have to play with cross play active, since most of my friends play on PC... Do like delta force game is you use mouse and keyboard you have crossplay active Otherwise you just play with controller without crossplay!!
I completely agree—it’s just not fair. PC players have the flexibility of both controller and mouse support. Nowadays, consoles officially support keyboards and mice, and all developers need to do is implement the specific code for the game. I hope you’ll take an active approach to ensuring fair play. The inventory menu for PC controls and console players should have the same input methods
I am an Xbox player who plays exclusively on Keyboard and Mouse. I was hugely disappointed when I saw Marathon doesn’t support this simple feature on consoles, when BF6 and COD do. Guess I’m not buying this game, which looks like so much fun.
+1 for adding keyboard & mouse support to consoles.
I love this game. Please add mouse and keyboard support. It has crossplay, so we are already playing against m&k users. These days PC's are too expensive for alot of people, so it would be nice to have the input option without having to buy a gaming setup to run Marathon. Thank you
The fact bungie is willing to alienate a large percentage of players right of the bat says it all. If they don't implement MnK on console like they already should have for a competitive shooter. I won't be buying it and I have about 10 friends all pissed over the same thing. Oh well thanks for saving me some money Bungie. Plenty of other shooters offering MnK support. Huge L for Bungie yet again.

Not having MnK support for console in 2026 is beyond disappointing.
It’s kind of a joke how few titles these days on console support M&K natively , if it works for PC then really the devs don’t have much of an excuse claiming it takes a lot of extra work . Set the keys the same as PC , kinda simple really . Would love to know how many lost sales lack of M&K support leads to , devs seem to forget the early 50s players today grew up playing doom on a M&K and find a controller clunky and clumsy . Sadly this like a lot of recent titles won’t be on my purchase list simply because of a lack of foresight from the devs
Why do you think it’s fair for players using XIM devices to play in console lobbies against people who are using a controller?You complain about fairness against PC players, but you expect controller players on console to face mouse input through adapters like XIM. How is that fair?
That’s exactly the kind of unfair advantage that already ruined PvP in Destiny.

qSenia - I disagree. If the game doesn't natively support M&K then using a XIM is 100000% cheating but if it native then just have it to where you can't turn crossplay off so you are forced to be in the pool of PC and console players.
Please add support KBM fo console players
