RationalEuler hizo un comentario, This same issue just occurred. I used my 10 re-rolls soon after the game came out. I have been waiting for the refresh. Instead of receiving ten new rolls I have a 167h countdown.

Ordered the game earlier this week, deluxe edition. Got to level 23 in the server slam. No rewards at all. Game even offers to me to "upgrade" to deluxe edition even though it was already purchased.
