3. I did not receive my Deluxe Edition from Steam purchase.

I checked as you said and I have everything in order but i still didn't receive my preorder or deluxe rewards. Please help

3. DELUX ITEMS NOT THERE

I'm also missing the pre-order and deluxe items. Bought on steam. Steam says dlc is installed but nothing shows.
