Start at a black screen
Hey!
When I start the game, it leaves me at a black screen indefinitely.
I've restarted the PC, uninstalled and reinstalled battleeye and then marathon. Not quite sure what else to do so I would appreciate your help!

Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (16 GB)

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting stuck on a black screen, when trying to play the game. On top of uninstalling and reinstalling you've attempted, please ensure that all of your drivers, Windows, and your BIOS are all up to date. If the issue persists, can you try rolling back to the previous stable GPU driver, to see if the issue persists?
hey MachoGazpacho14 when trying to load up the game is the secondary app that opens for battle eye saying its blocking a file somewhere along the lines of Libxess.dl theres alot of people suffering the same crash your reporting and i think its steming from batlle eye
MachoGazpacho14 hey me again ive been cross comparing alot of the similar reports and realized all the people who are experiencing this issue have AMD processor i do as well by updating my AMD drivers i was able to fix the issue hopefully this helps you to

Thanks for letting me know! I fixed the issue by going to a previous AMD driver from late Sept.
To your previous post, I didn't see battleeye open up when I saw the black screen.
Perfected Luna What do you mean by AMD drivers? Bios version?
