Cannot sign in on PS5

Bungie ID: snake_D0C22#3701 I cannot access my game. I have over 500 hours in on PS5 deluxe version, and now cannot sign in. I have cleared cache, rebuilt database, deleted and redownloaded game, signed out/in of PSN, verified accounts for game and network, restored license, cleared custom DNS and VPN, cycled router, safe mode boot, and removed all peripherals accessories.
