From your screenshot, it looks like you’re on the Trios lobby and trying to start a match. Can you tell me what happens when you try to queue?

Does the Ready button do nothing, stay greyed out, or show an error?
Are you trying to play solo, with fill on, or with a full crew?
Do you get any error code or message?
When did the issue start?
A screenshot or a short clip showing what happens after you press Ready.
