Bug Report: Unable to claim Cyber Black Faction Rewards (Season 2 Reloaded / Mid-Season)
I am experiencing a bug with the Season 2 mid-season faction rewards. While I was able to claim rewards for all other factions without issue, the Cyber Black faction rewards are currently stuck.
Bug Details:
Faction: Cyber Black
Problem: I cannot claim any of the accumulated rewards for this faction.
Counter Bug: As I continue playing and unlocking more rewards, the reward counter keeps increasing, but they remain locked.
Button Response: Pressing either the A or X button does not claim the items. When I press them, the UI selection sound plays, but the reward is not collected and the screen remains stuck.
Please help resolve this issue or push the missing rewards to my account.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of players being unable to claim VIP Faction rewards and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
If this isn't what you're referring to, please let us know.
I am also having this issue on my account. I have 4 rewards for traxus, 10 for mida, and 2 for sekiguchi. I cant claim any of them, and have leveled them up multiple times since this bug appeared
Hi there,
Same experience - since the last update, all VIP faction rewards have been unable to be opened for me, despite spending resources to unlock various perks. This doesn't 'jolt' it to allow me to open the rewards for those VIP level factions - 3 factions in my case and new ones earned don't open either, as others have said. Frustrating - love the game, but this is a pain. Hope it gets sorted soon.
