Missing Alien Alloy

Exfilled this morning from Perimeter with an Alien alloy from dropped UESC cargo container. Vault was full after exfil, but the AA was not in my backpack, nor vault overflow. Please advise, this is hard salvage to come by Bungie, why wouldn't it stay in my backpack or go to overflow?!

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did you loot it yourself or was it shared by a crewmate?
    • Was your vault full before exfil?
    • Did the loadout report show the Alien Alloy as retained?
    • After returning to lobby, did you check all three places: backpack, vault, and vault overflow?
    • Did restarting the game and logging back in, and checking again change anything? 
    • Do you have screenshots or video of the loadout report and your post-match vault & overflow?

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
