Game isn't fair
I never received all of my free kits for being a returning player, I reached level 77 and only received free kits up to level 50 while my Friend received up to level 75 kits.....also I don't like how there isn't a solo and a duo mode, it isn't fair if I choose to play solo I have to die to a squad of 2 or 3 people, and if I play duo with my friend we have to face full squads....fix this immediately

Thanks for the report.
We’re aware of issues affecting some returning-player rewards and are currently looking into them.
Regarding the matchmaking issue, if you run into crews while queued solo again, please share a video clip if you’re able to. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look
You can switch to solos. The current version of the game has a known issue that switches solo players to "trios - crew fill off" for some reason when they re-queue for a match, but as long as you catch that before starting the game, you can still change it to actual solos.
