Server issue kits
I played during the server issues and lost a lot of my starting items from the servers crashing. All of my buddies who I played with in those games recieved the make up kits except for me. Is it possible for me to still get them or was I forgotten?

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.
If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.
