Night Marsh Vent Trap
In the new night marsh area above complex it is possible to close yourself in the escape vent, and then not be able to get out.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to grab a clip. I'll try to describe it better.
On the night marsh map in the new area above complex which you need to unlock the doors to get in, there are vents labelled escape. In order to open the vent you have to activate a switch above them.
You can hit the switch again before you go in the vent and it will close both sides of the vent, effectively trapping you in there until time runs out.
