Account stuck in limbo?

For the past three hours, I have been working with someone much more technologically savvy than me to try and log into marathon. I keep recording weasel error codes, but after trying just about everything under the sun, neither of us believe that this is truly a network issue. My brother and I play on Xbox. He is able to log in perfectly fine. I just added my account to his Xbox and tried opening marathon. Weaseled after I get past the main menu. right after, I sign out of my account, log into my brother’s account, boot up the game, and it works like a charm. We have done everything we can on our end to resolve this issue. Please do not refer us to your general/advanced network troubleshooting page, we have already made the rounds. Any ideas on what might be happening with my account behind the scenes?

While we sadly don't have any additional troubleshooting outside of the Help Article for this error code if you haven't checked it out already, we've taken note of this thread and will continue monitoring and underlying issues on our end that may be causing this to occur.

  • im stuck in this "weasel" loop too , i was playng whit my friend , was starting a game and my friend crashed while we were infilling , black screen so ive alt-f4 .
    restarted the game and now im stuck in this loop , my friends are playng fine !

  • That is exactly what happened to me. Was duo queueing with my brother, got error coded on infil, restarted. Weasel loop. Hopefully they can investigate and find a solution.
