Stuttering Fix

I made a post last season regarding stuttering issues with the game on my Ryzen 7 5700x / 6650XT combo. The stutters look like the screenshot that i have attached, and will cause system-wide freezing for a few seconds. I also attached a video of what they look like in my previous post.
I have finally figured out the fix, and if this could be passed to the optimization team, that would be awesome. I set the core affinity for marathon.exe to only use enough threads so that the cpu usage via radeon performance monitor would balance out at rougly 70% usage. For my system, that was setting threads 0 through 7 as the active threads for the exe. My framerate actually went up by about 10fps, and overall program responsiveness got a solid boost, as well as resolving all system and program stuttering issues caused by some kind of bottlenecking. I dont know if this is a tiger engine or a localized hardware combination issue. i also dont know if setting the engine to use certain processor core/thread configs based on CPU model would resolve this across all systems affected, or if a manual affinity setting is required, but this could help out a lot of people that are struggling with performance.
