weapon mod tool tip does not show at all or flickers
When hovering over weapon mods that fit your currently equipped weapon, the tool tip does not show at all or flickers.
This happens when said mod slot on the weapon is already occupied.

in order to reproduce this bug i had to play one match first. immediately after booting up the game the issue was not present.
you can see the behavior of the tool tip change depending on if the slot is occupied or vacant throughout the video. hope this helps
