Did not receive 7 sponsored kits for June 2nd

Hello, I'm on the East Coast, and I tried logging onto Marathon at 1:30pm est - 8:00 pm est.
I believe I was even able to look through some of the menus before I was kicked off, but never received my 7 sponsored kits for the server disruption. It doesn't seem fair that I was also affected by the outage but I didn't not receive the same compensation as everyone else. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account was not eligible for the compensation kits.

same here and they're trying to say I didn't play during the timeframe LMAOOOOOOO the help is so bad
They don’t want us to play. I would buy the game but bruh nothing for a new player wack, I tried playing but servers were messed up
