I haven't been able to play for several hours because of the vault problem.
I don't know how many of you are having the same problem, but I've been dealing with this for quite a few hours. I have an issue with my vault; it keeps showing as full even though I have plenty of space. Because of this problem, I can't continue playing or access other missions. It literally traps me in the menu because the game is asking me to claim the contract rewards, but it keeps saying my vault is full even though it isn't.

I am having the same issue. Can't play because I have to turn in the quest, and can't turn in the quest because it thinks my vault is full. I just deleted so many items and see the space is not full, but I still cannot turn in the quest.
Also it thinks I don't have enough space to claim the level-up package.
After getting softlocked here, I bought the vault space upgrade from CyAc to see if it would help, but it still thinks the vault is full.
I figured out the issue. It's not actually broken it's just very sneaky and misleading with the phrasing. On the vault screen, there is a little red thing on the left side that says to press Z. If you press it, it will show you overflowing items.
So even though your vault is not full, you have to find that overflow menu and move the overflow items into your vault manually. Then you should be able to turn in your contract. I hope it helps!
