Unable to see crewmates contracts

Midway through S1 I started to not be able to see my crewmates contracts. I can only see mine in the top right corner of my screen. I've tried to go through the menu and manually track their contracts by hitting "T" but it doesn't do anything. It never even changes from "Press T to track" to "Press T to untrack". I thought it would be fixed with S2 launch but it's still broken for me. I've tried re-binding things, resetting to default binds, everything. Is there any fix for this?
