duos (night marsh or more)
I found recently that if you turn off crew fill while trios is on in night marsh (maybe also other maps), then switch to duos it will give you the error that crew fill is off and will not let you queue despite crew fill is auto turned on. Also, if you try to turn it off and back on, it will continue to deny you access.
