No Compiler Skin after Kill and Exfil
Hi, I just beat Compiler with my squad and another team and we exfilled successfully. I can confirm I did damage the boss considerably, and my two squad mates received the cryo archive skin for the codex. I did not however receive it, I have seen similar posts about this and wanted to point out my username for investigation.

I'm not sure the next time I will get a chance to get that achievement in the codex :( please help.

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports from players who haven't received the expected rewards after defeating the Compiler, and we are currently investigating.
Same. Exfilled with Compiler Ganglion too :(
