Cant remove "OFFLINE" friends
I have "friends" on my friend list nammed "OFFLINE" I cant remove them from my friend list.
Can support clean this up from server side?
- Bungie Account Name - Gmyras#0768
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Remove friend failed. Also can't add new friends in game.

Repro steps
- open https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/BungieFriends
- Find a "OFFLINE" Friend on the list
- Click Remove button next to it
- Pop up shows up on screen - click Remove button on the pop up
- Get error message
