I X filled with two purple key templates and didn’t get them
I exfiied with two purple key templates, but didn’t get my purple or gold key that I would have got for some reason pls send me my stuff back

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the items you expected from your key templates. Please keep in mind that the templates will break and disappear when you are downed, no finisher is needed to break the templates.
If this was not the case, while we can't return any items that are not refunded by the game (for some connectivity issues), to help us investigate this further, if you'd taken one or if you can reproduce the issue, can you provide us with a video showing the issue?
